Mavis Carpet Cleaning Service ("we", "us") is a carpet and upholstery cleaning business based in Hythe, Kent. This notice explains what we do with the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, mobile number, town or postcode, what you would like cleaned and any message you add.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry with a price and a date, and to book and carry out the job if you go ahead. We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell them.
Who handles it
The quote form does not send anything itself. It opens your own email app with your enquiry written out to us, and it only reaches us if you press send there. This website never receives or stores what you type. Vercel hosts the website.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to quote, book and look after your job.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Call or text us on 07883 022670. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking. If you start filling in the quote form, your browser keeps a copy of what you typed on your own device, so it is not lost if the page reloads. It is cleared once the enquiry is sent.
